Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years, weight 45 to 75 kg, operation time < 2 hours; (2) Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with local anesthetics and intravenous anesthetics; (2) Patients with thoracic surgery or thoracic disease; (3) Abnormal of coagulation function, platelet count and function; (4) With history of chronic pain before surgery and long-term use of anticoagulant, antiplatelet drugs and non-steroidal analgesics.
