Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years, gender is not limited; 2, Diagnosed with primary hypertension and failed to meet the standard; 3, Can be proficient in using mobile phones and other electronic devices; 4. Voluntary signing of informed consent and cooperating with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in pregnancy; 2. Cardiovascular risk stratification is a high-risk/very high-risk patient; 3. Life can not take care of themselves (such as disability, dementia, mental and psychological disorders, etc.); 4. Serious other systemic diseases (respiratory system, tumor, hereditary disease); 5. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months or are currently participating in other clinical trials.
