45 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Residents aged 45-70 who have lived in the research community for more than half a year; (2) Patients with prehypertension or hypertension; (3) Have the habit of using Wechat and be proficient in writing and reading; (4) Have family sphygmomanometer; (5) Have the ability to provide informed consent, volunteer to participate in this study and promise to persist until the end of follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) who have severe cognitive impairment (i.e. Alzheimers disease, serious audiovisual disturbance, mental and psychological abnormality); (2) who have serious complications (i.e. stroke and coronary heart disease required hospitalization, idney disease, diabetic foot); (3) who have secondary hypertension, or arrhythmia (including atrial fibrillation and severe bradycardia); (4) who have malignant tumor; (5) who participate in other similar research projects currently or in nearly a year.
