Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients met the diagnostic criteria of UK Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank and H-Y (Hoehn-Yahr) grade 1.5-3; patients aged 15-80 years with primary Parkinson's disease; Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), score > 5); all subjects were assessed with Simple Mental State Examination (MMSE), and patients with normal cognitive function (MMSE score: illiteracy > 17, Primary School > 20, secondary school). Or above 24 points are normal; receive sedatives, hypnotics, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, anti-anxiety drugs, or other sleep-regulating drugs, the dose is stable at least 28 days before consultation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Atypical Parkinson's syndrome, severe depression (Montgomery-Asberg Depression Scale > 34), severe sleep-related breathing disorder (AHI > 30/h), deep brain stimulation, cancer; alcohol or narcotic abuse; delirium, epilepsy, history of serious illness or other circumstances not suitable for participation; laboratory abnormalities such as serum creatinine 97 mmol/L, alanine Aminotransferase 40 U/L, aspartate aminotransferase 40 U/L; poor compliance; participate in other clinical trials.
