Group 2:intermittance transfusion 10ml/h, single load 5ml, locked time 30 minutes between two intervals

Group 1:Persist transfusion 10ml/h, single load 5ml, locked time 30 minutes between two intervals

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forty patients who were American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III, aged 50-80 years old, weighted 50-70kg, and scheduled for elective hip surgery under spinal anaesthesia, will be enrolled into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We will exclude patients who refuse quadratus lumborum block, infection at puncture site, coagulopathy or unable to comprehend or use the verbal rating pain scoring system or patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump.
