50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty; Gender not limited, aged 50 to 80 years; Preoperative knee acuity 90 °and active flexion mobility Flexion deformity or inside and outside double deformity 25 °or less; Understand the purpose of the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative other serious organic diseases or other diseases that may cause pain and anxiety; Severe postoperative infection or deep venous thrombosis; Patients with visual, hearing and cognitive impairment; Mental illness; Or other patients who are not suitable for postoperative functional exercise and quadriceps relaxation techniques.
