Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-70 years, male; 2. determined as gout; 3. eGFR >= 30ml/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with cancer; 2. ALT, AST >= 2.5UNL; 3. Take antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs that can not stop; 4. With other unstable combined disease.
