20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical non-small cell lung cancer; 2. single pulmonary nodule =2cm; 3. pre-operative evaluation found no lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 4. plan to receive VATS anatoical lung resection plun lymph node dissection; 5. aged 20-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. active bacteria or fungal infection; 2. use of anticoagulants within one month; 3. pulmonary diseases including interstitial lung disease, lung fibrosis, emphysema pulmonum; 4. mental disorders; 5. untrolled hypertention, DM; 6. angina, myocardial infarction and heart failure within 6 months; 7. history of lung TB; 8. history of Trauma of the chest; 9. systematic glucocorticoid treatment; 10. significant abnormality of coagulation function; 11. patients with poor compliance; 12. patients who are thought to be unsuitable to participate.
