Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 20 to 40 years. ? Planning to reside in the study area until delivery. ? Physician-diagnosed GDM. ? Single pregnancy. ? Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Diabetes before pregnancy. ? Accompanied with other medical or surgical diseases. ? Accompanied with moking, alcohol abuse and long-term medication. ? Treated with insulin or oral hypoglycemic drugs during pregnancy. ? Patients with whey protein allergy or high protein allergy
