Treatment-as-usual (TAU):Oral low-dose aspirin 75 mg/day plus folic acid 400 mcg/day for less than or equal to six menstrual cycles or if they conceived, throughout pregnancy with study drug discontin

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Woman aged 20 to 40 years; 2. URSA diagnosis according to Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of recurrent abortion 2016; 3. Willing to have another pregnancy within half a year; 4. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently suffering fromserious physical illnesses such as autoimmune diseases, heart disease or chronic respiratory diseases; 2. Currently suffering from mental illness or having a history of mental illness; 3. Pregnant or no willingness to pregnant within six months; 4. Abnormal ovarian function: basal FSH> 15 IU/L or other situations that significantly affect fertility; 5. Patient or spouse refused to cooperate with the completion of this study.
