Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregiver inclusion criteria: 1. Take care of the family members of stroke patients. During the period of hospitalization, the care time is greater than 4 hours/day. If there are several major carers at the same time, the patient shall designate one of them as the main caregiver of the study; 2. Aged = 18 years old; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study. Patients with stroke are included in the standard: 1. Aged 18-80 years, conscious, able to communicate with researchers through text or language; 2. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this researcher; 3. The ability to take care of oneself in daily life before the onset of illness is completely independent, and some or all of them need to rely on others after the onset of illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1. Head CT or MRI examination has moderate and severe brain atrophy; 2. People with previous history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. with malignant tumors, blood diseases, serious heart, liver, lungs, kidney diseases; Inpatients in rehabilitation institutions after discharge from hospital; 4. With serious aphasia, no hearing, visual impairment. Carer exclusion criteria: 1. paid caregivers, such as carers, hourly workers, caregivers, etc.; 2. People with speech expression and communication disabilities; 3. With history of mental illness and serious cognitive dysfunction.
