Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Renal or ureteral calculi; 2. At least one risk factor for infection: (1) preoperative urinary white blood cells greater than 5 / high power field vision; (2) urine sediment microscopic bacteria count positive; (3) preoperative extracorporeal shock wave but failed to row stones, or have Postoperative fever history; (4) Hydronephrosis, ureteral dilatation or obstruction; (5) Pre-operative basic diseases affecting immune function or treatment with immunosuppressive agents; 3. The first stage of gravel was unsuccessful, only the d-j tube was reserved, and the second stage gravel was used.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are surgical contraindications; 2. Stress trauma three days before admission; 3. Apply antibiotics for various reasons a week before surgery.
