Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clear diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis, tuberculosis located in the thoracic and lumbar spine; 2. progressive or active spinal tuberculosis with spinal nerve damage or local large paraspinal abscess; 3. tuberculosis involving 1 or 2 sports segments, vertebral body Height lost no more than 1 vertebral body; 4. no severe kyphosis (Cobb angle <60 degree), kyphosis further progress (annual kyphosis Cobb angle increased < 5 degree).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. non-tuberculous spinal infection, tumor, trauma and other diseases; 2. lesions have a wide range of lesions (pathological defect range > 1 vertebral height), the posterior path can not be completely removed, bone grafting; 3. stationary period Tuberculosis with kyphosis requires osteotomy or severe active kyphosis (Cobb angle >60°) orthopedics, and large segmental defects after lesion removal can not be performed after posterior bone graft reconstruction; 4. multi-segment (>2 a spinal motion unit) or a jumping spinal tuberculosis.
