Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients:including patients with tuberculosis (including drug resistance), tuberculous pleurisy and tuberculous meningitis; 2. aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malnutrition; 2. Liver disease history; 3. HIV infection; 4. Excessive drinking; 5. autoimmune diseases; 6. Pregnancy and lactation.
