Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged = 18 years; 2. Colonoscopy revealed intestinal wall lesions, which were completely resected under endoscope. The adenoma was diagnosed pathologically; 3. ECOG PS score 0 = 1; 4. Hematology meets the requirements(Within 4 weeks prior to random assignment): Absolute neutrophil count = 1.0×10^9/L; Platelet count = 100×10^9/L; Creatinine clearance = 30mL/min Total bilirubin = 2.0 × normal upper limit; AST and ALT = 5 × normal upper limit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are hereditary colorectal polyposis, inflammatory intestinal diseases or ulcerative colitis; 2. Active gastritis or active peptic ulcer; 3. There is a history of using PPI every day for more than a year in a row; 4. Gastrointestinal bleeding occurred over the past year; 5. Bleeding constitution (that is, hemophilia); 6. Uncontrolled hypertension (untreated systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure > 95mmHg); 7. There has been a recent history of cancer in the past 5 years (with the exception of non-melanoma skin cancer, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma); 8. A history of stroke, coronary artery disease, sore throat or vascular disease; 9. Patients currently receiving long-term treatment with aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or Cox-2 inhibitors (= 4 weeks in a row); 10. There is a history of erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease or active erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease examined by gastroscopy; 11. Patients currently receiving antiplatelet agents (that is, aspirin, clopidogrel, ticlopidine, which are not part of the study) are treated with antiplatelet agents (i.e. aspirin, clopidogrel, ticlopidine); 12. Patients receiving active treatment with anticoagulants (warfarin, low molecular weight heparin); 13. Pregnancy, lactation or inadequate contraception; 14. Patients known to be allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or aspirin; 15. Carcinoembryonic antigen increases for unknown reasons (that is, the increase of carcinoembryonic antigen in smokers is not excluded); 16. Patients on other research drugs; 17. A patient with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (Lynch syndrome).
