Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) confirmed cavernous degeneration of portal vein; 2) splenectomy + hilum shunt has been performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) abdominal malignant tumor, potential primary blood disease, burga syndrome, inferior vena cava membranous obstruction, liver cirrhosis or existing extrahepatic thrombosis; 2) participating in other treatment trials or failing to regularly assess liver function; 3) complicated with immune diseases; 4) prepare for liver transplantation.
