19 Years to 57 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) fracture displacement more than 3 mm by lateral X radiographs, the transverse diameter of the fracture fragments more than 8 mm by CT scan; (2) over 18 years of age and in full possession of their mental faculties; (3) duration of injury less than 12 weeks; (4) be treated with LCP hook plate fixation and be follow-up until 12 months; (5) provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) open injuries; (2) pathological fracture or re-fracture; (3) patients with any other associated ligament injury of the same joint, any other bony injury of the same limb; (4) contraindication to surgery, serious complications that precluded surgical intervention.
