Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For HNSCC tumor tissues and stool samples: Hong Kong residents aged = 18 years with HNSCC will be enrolled; 2. For CRC stool samples: Hong Kong residents aged = 18 years with CRC will be enrolled; 3. For oral saliva samples: Hong Kong residents aged = 18 years without observed diseases will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with following conditions will be excluded: (1) participators who are unable to give consent or who have a medical condition rendering them incapable to participate in the study (2) participators who have history of immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease (3) participators who have received treatment with antibiotics or anti-fungal medications within the 10 days prior to the consultation.
