22 Years to 28 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 22 to 28 years; 2) Man or woman is allowed; 3) 18.5=BMI=24; 4) Physical and mental health, no congenital diseases; 5) Medical Qualification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe diarrhea and vomiting within two weeks; 2) Have obvious fever and other cold symptoms within 1 month; 3) Take large amounts of antibiotics or Chinese herbs within 1 month; 4) A history of heavy drinking (binge drinking) within 1 month or a long history of heavy drinking; 5) Obvious fluctuation of body weight within two months (the change is greater than 5Kg); 6) Exist anemia symptoms, such as hypoglycemia syncope within two months; 7) Need to take medicine and cannot stop medicine recently; 8) A history of surgery or severe trauma within six months; 9) Have a history of hyperthyroidism, hepatitis, etc.; 10) A history of frequent attacks or persistent "stomach problems"; 11) Allergic diseases, such as asthma, lupus erythematosus, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, or recent allergic symptoms 12) Have a history of smoking and have not quit; 13) If there is depression or mental disorder, the suspect should be confirmed by depression scale and mental state scale; 14) Women who are menstruating during the project.
