Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 80 years old, to be scheduled to undergo free flap (fibula ,forearm,Thigh, ilium) surgery, with an expected duration of at least 4 hours, and had a preoperative risk index for pulmonary complications of more than 26.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient had history of mental illness or refused to participate in the clinical trial
