High Intensity Interval Training:HIIT for 3 consecutive days
Low-dose Continuous Training:40min exercise session per day on 3 consecutive days
moderate-dose Continuous Training:Two 40min exercise sessions per day on 3 consecutive days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, Aged 18-40 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5– 23.9 kg/m2 and 25.0–29.9 kg/m2; 3. Body mass stable for > 3 months (±2 kg); 4. Metabolically healthy; 5. Not currently dieting to lose weight, inactive (< 150 min/week of moderate- to-vigorous PA); 6. Non-smokers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking medications known to affect appetite or body composition; 2. Female participants were pregnant; 4. Inability to perform laboratory tests or participate in moderate- to vigorous-intensity exercise.
