18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged = 18 years, suspected NSCLC (definitive diagnosis to be confirmed by surgical specimen), Karnofsky performance status score of 60% or higher, approved by thoracic surgeon to participate, has access to a telephone and able to speak and write Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive deficits, metastasis or other malignancies, and conditions preventing safe participation in postsurgical rehabilitation activities (e.g. fracture) were excluded.
