Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of OCD in DSM-5 and ICD-10; Before enrollment, OCD patients' Y-BOCS=16; 14 to 60 years old; Education degree: primary school and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with brain organic disease; With mental disorders that are not listed inclusion criteria; Have no significant effects after taking the maximum dose of sertraline.
