65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical I-II, aged 65 to 75 yeats, long history of smoking, confirmed chronic bronchitis, emphysea and COPD; mild to imtermediate COPD based on preoperative lung function test, no upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks before surgery. Excluding the exacerbation of COPD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to salbutamol, alcohol and feron.Pulmonary hypertension; cardiac dysfunction or heart failure; refusal to participate; renal insufficiency BUN?10 mmol·L-1, Cr?1.5 mg·dl-1.
