Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with convalescent stroke, manifested as a certain degree of dyskinesia (muscle force Brine stage 3 -5); 2. no other upper or lower extremity musculoskeletal or nerve except for stroke related dyskinesia Disease; 3. have sufficient muscle strength/ability to perform exercise training programs and have sufficient expressive ability in cognitive exercise tasks; 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score =20 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) alcohol or drug abuse; (2) resting blood pressure higher than 160/100 mmHg; (3) combined with severe limb paralysis; (4) combined with diseases that affect muscle, fat, and bone metabolism, such as severe liver disease, Nephropathy, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, diabetes, etc., recent or ongoing use of glucocorticoids, estrogens, thyroid hormones, etc.; (5) combined with mental illness, and other serious or progressive systemic diseases.
