Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After the implementation of this project, newly diagnosed first retreated Pathogenic positive/negative pulmonary tuberculosis patient; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. At enrollment the patients are capable to provide sputum for examination; 4. Sign written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculous pleurisy; 2. Intrathoracic lymph node tuberculosis; 3. Pulmonary tuberculosis with extrapulmonary tuberculosis; 4. History of allergy to any drug in the regimen; 5. Complicated with liver, kidney, metabolism, autoimmune diseases, endocrine or blood or nervous system diseases, psychosis, malignant tumors, long-term use of immunosuppressive agents or HIV/AIDS patients, etc.; 6. Alcoholics (> 10 years, and > 100ml Chinese liquor per day); 7. According to the judgement of the researcher, the patient has any disease which is not suitable for the study or which may prevent the patient from participating reliably in the whole process of the study; 8. Participate in other clinical researchers at the same time; 9. Those who have abandoned or withdrawn before can not re-enter the project.
