Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 40-60 years (excluding growth and aging factors); (2) gender: male; (3) nationality: han; (4) region: north China.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) failing to take medicine as required; (2) do not cooperate with the interviewer; (3) serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other life-threatening diseases; (4) taking drugs affecting intestinal flora 1 month before collection of specimens; (5) crohn's disease cancer, familial intestinal polyp cancer, ulcerative colitis cancer and pigmentation polyp syndrome cancer; (6) the patients who suffers from severe liver and kidney diseases and other diseases that affect the composition of intestinal flora; (7) after other chemotherapy drug treatment before enrollment.
