Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selected as an ASA grade I to II, aged 18-68 years, elective thoracic surgery for thoracoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic or contraindicated to amide local anesthetics, opioids, dexmedetomidine and other drug components; 2. Patients with a history of chronic pain; patients with severe central nervous system, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe heart failure, severe heart block, and severe ventricular dysfunction; 3. Patients with a history of dependence on alcohol and opioids; 4. Patients who used opioids for nearly a week; 5. Patients with digital analogue scale (NRS) and BMI 30 kg/m2 were not available.
