Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosis of heart failure in accordance with the American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (AHA) 2005 Guideline Update for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Heart Failure in the Adult; 2 Classification of cardiac function: New York Heart Association classes II–IV; 3 Age range from 60 to 75 years, irrespective of gender; 4 Combined with pulmonary infection; 5 Provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Complicated with malignant tumors; 2 Severe cognitive dysfunction or abnormal kidney function; 3 Severe metabolic system disease.
