control group:Bronchial occlusion with single-lumen endotracheal tube

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty children undergoing pulmonary lobectomy were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. Aged 2 -10 years, body mass index between 20 and 28 kg/m2, preoperative minute ventilation were normal.
