Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Parkinson's disease confirmed according to the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in China (there must be one or more of exercise retardation, combined with static tremor, rigidity, and postural instability, no Other issues that are clear or suspected to cause Parkinson's syndrome), 1 <= Hoehn-Yahr classification <= 4; 2. voluntary participation, the patient understands and signs or the informed consent of his immediate family; 3. long-term regular acceptance of Parkinson's disease medical treatement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy, metal pacemakers in the body, metal implants in the brain, cochlear implants, etc. are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation.
