Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy group: gender and age matched patient group, normal hand grip (simple hand grip test); 2. Stroke group: (1) ischemic unilateral basal ganglia stroke, stage I-IV; aged 45-75 years old; (2) Ratio of male to female: 70%/30%; (3) Enrollment time: 1-6 months after stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy group: patients with intracranial implants, calcification points on CT imaging or symptoms of angiosclerosis; 2. Stroke group: patients with no motor evoked potential (MEP) on the affected side of the brain, patients with intracranial implantation, patients with calcification points on CT imaging or symptoms of vascular sclerosis, and patients with obvious damage of corpus callosum fiber bundle revealed by DTI imaging examination.
