Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who planned to undergo elective internal fixation or hip replacement; 2. Can cooperate with active activities of patients; 3. have a certain ability to read and write, under the principle of informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with confirmed VTE before intervention; (2) had severe traumatic disease or received major surgery within 3 months, such as gastrointestinal surgery, pancreatic injury, severe gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.; (3) patients with severe liver, kidney, heart dysfunction, malignant tumors, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and other serious diseases; (4) have mental illness, have serious cognitive dysfunction, communication disorders.
