Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) SISMAD diagnosed by CTA/DSA; 2) The patient agrees and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with mental illness or unable to cooperate; 2) Asymptomatic SISMAD; 3) Patients with signs of peritonitis or Severe intestinal ischemia; 4) Patients with strangulated intestinal obstruction; 5) Patients who plan to receive open surgery; 6) Lactating or pregnant women, or women/men who plan to have child recently; 7) Life expectancy =2.5mg/dL within 30 days before surgery, or receive dialysis treatment); 12) Active systemic infection or uncontrolled coagulation dysfunction within 14 days before surgery; 13) Previous target vascular surgery history; 14) Inability to take medications as prescribed, or to comply with preoperative and postoperative medication requirements due to allergy to antiplatelet drugs (aspirin or clopidogrel), lmheparin, and vasodilators or contrast agents.
