18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years, male or female; 2. Primary anterior cruciate ligament injury; 3. More than 3 months after acl reconstruction of unilateral autogenous hamstring tendons were performed; 4. Understanding and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous surgical history of knee joint; 2. rupture of ligament need to be repaired again; 3. osteochondral injury above III degree; 4. concomitant fracture of knee joint; 5. other ligament injuries, such as posterior cruciate ligament injury, internal and external collateral ligament injury; 6. joint infection, vascular and nerve injury and other serious diseases; 7. pregnancy or prolactin stage women; 8. recent participants in other clinical trials.
