Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged more than 75 years old, Evens-Jensen classification III ~ V type intertrochanteric fracture; 2. can be normal walking and living before surgery; 3. severe osteoporosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with mental disorders; 2. multiple organ dysfunction can not tolerate the operator; 3. With obvious surgical contraindications.
