18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ECOG score 0-2; 2. Breast cancer patients with HER2 overexpression confirmed by pathological examination;CT or MRI imaging examination indicated recurrence or distant metastasis; 3. Voluntary participation in this study, informed consent, good compliance and willingness to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to swallow, chronic diarrhea and intestinal obstruction, multiple factors affecting drug taking and absorption; 2. Female patients during pregnancy and lactation; 3. Patients with symptomatic brain metastasis; 4. According to the judgment of the researcher, there are serious hazards to the safety of patients, or associated diseases (including but not limited to severe hypertension, severe diabetes, active infection and severe heart failure that cannot be controlled by drugs) that may affect the completion of the study; 5. The investigator considers that the patient is not suitable for any other situation in this study.
