Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menstruation is rare or amenorrhea or irregular uterine bleeding, accompanied by hyperandrogenism or hyperandrogenism. 2. Aged between 18 and 40 years old; 3. BMI=24kg/m2 4. Han nationality; 5. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other endocrine diseases with hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogenism, such as Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, ovarian or adrenal tumors, etc.; 2. Uncontrolled hypothyroidism; 3. suffering from neurological, psychiatric, coronary heart disease, adrenal diseases, thrombotic diseases, other endocrine diseases, etc.; 4. Those who use ovulation-promoting drugs or contraceptives; 5. Other circumstances that the researcher considers inappropriate.
