Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with suspected or confirmed primary non-small cell lung cancer based on preoperative pathological and X-ray images. (2) undergo video-assisted thoracic surgery. (3) aged >18 years. (4) provide informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; (2) back to the ward for mechanical ventilation after surgery; (3) patients with contraindications or risk factors for adverse events, such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, severe arrhythmia, cerebrovascular accident within one year, musculoskeletal or mental disorders.
