Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults who are between 18 and 65 years old, with 35 < BMI <45 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Get infected with hepatitis virus (hepatitis B and C virus), suspected of fatty liver that is secondary to hepatotoxic drugs, excessive drinking (male=30 g/day, female=20 g/day); 2. Use antibiotics or probiotics in the past 3 months, or use other probiotics & prebiotics and use >3 days of antibiotics during the study period, or have previously undergone bariatric surgery; 3. Diabetic patients treated with anti-diabetic drugs should be excluded except those treated with metformin at a stable dose for at least 6 months; 4. Suffering from serious heart, liver, lung, kidney diseases or serious organic diseases; 5. Any time of the 3 times of sampling is unavailable or any subject misses one sampling, and then this subject will be excluded.
