Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children born locally and under the age of 18 years; living in the local survey area for more than half a year (children over 6 months old); no external migration plan in the past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With various acute or chronic diseases.
