Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with OSAHS(by polysomnograhy PSG data), aged 30-50 years and treated with oral appliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes mellitus, severe periodontitis, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, pregnancy, antibiotics used within nearly 1 month and long-term use of other related drugs.
