Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)According to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure, patients with acute heart failure (including new acute episodes of chronic heart failure) and stable period of chronic heart failure will be included: (5) Aged > 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ( any of the following): (1) Patients who cannot participate in follow-up for various reasons; (2) Patients who have participated in this study.
