Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. established diagnosis of bipolar according to DSM-IV; 2. Adult with age between 18 and 65 years; 3. Signed ICF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant mental retardation; 2. Inability to use smart phone; 3. Investigator's judgement of unsuitable for this study.
