Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 75 years; 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease in accordance with CKD diagnostic criteria, CKD stage 2-4; 3. The primary disease is hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy; 4. Patients with acute exacerbations of chronic kidney disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory dysfunction; 2. Patients with serious diseases of other systems such as severe cardiovascular disease, acute stroke, malignant tumor, severe mental illness, etc.; 3. Patients undergoing renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis); 4. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantationa; 5. Patients who require oxygen therapy; 6. Patients who are not suitable for the trial.
