Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18 to 75 years; 2) patients with typical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease: heartburn, reflux and chest pain, symptoms lasting for more than 3 months, at least 3 times a week;Or their gender and age match healthy people. 3) sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) history of thoracic, esophageal and gastric surgery. 2) history of heart disease. 3) esophageal dyskinesia: scleroderma, diabetes, autonomic or peripheral neuropathy, and myopathy. 4) potential mental illness. Contraindications with MCE examination, include: (1) no conditions for operation or refusal of any abdominal operation (once the capsule remains, it cannot be removed surgically). (2) in vivo with pacemakers, but pacemakers for the new MRI compatibility of products; (3) implant electronic cochlear implant, magnetic metal drug infusion pump, nerve stimulator and other electronic devices and magnetic metal stuff; (4) pregnant women.
