Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the geriatric department of our hospital from 2017 provided tha data, whey were confirmed by trained psychiatists.The new diagnostic guidelines for AD (nia-aa diagnostic criteria) were adopted by the National Institute of Aging (NIA) and Alzheimer's Association (AA).It is likely that the key clinical diagnostic criteria of nia-aa are satisfied. MMSE score was not more than 26. Han nationality, age, gender, education level is not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The Score of Hachinski Ischemic Score (HIS) was greater than 7. There is definite evidence to consider other dementia syndromes that are unlikely to be AD dementia, such as vascular dementia, lewy body dementia, and paralytic dementia. Dementia syndrome caused by other brain or physical diseases. Depressive pseudodementia, delirium, or other acute psychotic conditions that significantly affect cognitive function. Have serious limb movement obstacle, aphasia, visual hearing obstacle and other reason cannot partner.
