Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-50 years old. (2) Abdominal vertical position or abdominal CT examination showed typical upper gastrointestinal perforation performance, patient perforation time <24h, with surgical indications, no surgical contraindications. (3) The body showed signs of peritonitis, and the abdomen had tenderness, rebound tenderness and muscle tension. (4) Intraoperative perforation of the upper digestive tract was confirmed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Gastrointestinal ulcers accompanied by hemorrhage and perforation, conversion to open surgery, pregnant women and lactating women, patients receiving conservative treatment, patients with malignant ulcers and other organ perforation, have any mental illness, refuse to participate in research or sign Informed consent form. (2) Patients with perforation of peptic ulcer cannot be diagnosed during surgery (for example, patients with perforation of organs other than the stomach or duodenum).
