Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Colostomy patients after colorectal cancer surgery; 18 years old or more; Proficient in using smart phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Communication disorders; Received other intelligent follow-up within three months; History of significant mental illness.
