Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Our confirmed fitting line of adult patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, ASA I to II level, aged 50 to 70 years, preoperative red blood cell pressure product > 30%, hemoglobin > 100 g/L, albumin > 25 g/L, body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 28 kg/m2, the patient and family to know and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction; Contraindications of deep vein puncture, radial artery puncture and laparoscopic surgery; Concomitant severe heart valve dysfunction, severe arrhythmia, heart failure; Patients with severe liver disease (liver enzyme > normal value 50%); Patients with clotting dysfunction or who have recently taken drugs affecting clotting function; Patients with pulmonary infection, acute or chronic tuberculosis or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are treated with drugs that affect clotting function; Patients who need transfusions of allogeneic blood during the operation; Patients with acute and chronic renal disease. Shedding cases: serious complications occurred during the operation; Intraoperative NBP of patients with SVV reaching the standard was still lower than the baseline blood pressure, and other positive inotropic drugs should be given.
